Xmas - All Wrapped Up

This is the theme over at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge this week (#92).  I created this quick card with various Hunkydory and Kanban stash - always a source of great designs.

The inspiration for the 'faux ribbon' strips came from my wonderful Craftwork Cards Recipe Card Folder - full of sketches and ideas.

I also enter this into -

  5. No Alix..a three plus hour journey for a chat? I can't work out where you are, but does it help to know that me and Jan are coming to the NEC in November for the Hobbycrafts at Christmas thing? Is that any closer? Of course, we'd love to meet you and you'll be soooo welcome, this isn't intended to be a put off, more a 'really?'!!

  7. Ali - I've just read about the possibility of you coming to the crop. I am already putting Sam (Hettiecraft) up for the Saturday night but have a spare bed if you would like to stay - perhaps you would be less tired that way. If you are worried cos you don't know me, if your husband is able to leave the farm, he could stay too. We have a spare double as well as single bedroom. There would be plenty for him to do for the day.
If you are interested, email me.... if in doubt, email Sam and check out what she says about me...hopefully she'll reassure you that I'm not a mad axe murderer!

  8. Hello!

This is so pretty - I love the bright, warm colors of the center photo and the background paper has a lovely pattern that fits so well with the center image! Wishing you a happy day!

    Hugs,
