Going Dotty

I am actually early doing a challenge - this one is for the CD Sunday Challenge, Spots and Dots.

I used the Debbi Moore Designs, The Contemporary Craze, CD for the spotty papers and the sentiment.

The polo player is cut from a tag on a coat I bought yesterday, and the actual cardstock and ribbon are from stash.

I also enter this into -

  1. Hi Ali!

Welcome to the snippets playground, hope we see you back again - it's good fun and there are some great playmates to liven things up. Too much sometimes! :)

I'd been peeking at your blog earlier - you're into the swing of it I see. Am now following too.

Great use of snippets, and to waste that terrific tag would have been a crying shame.

You get the choice of swings, roundabout - or the dreaded pogo sticks as it's your first visit :)

  5. Great bit of recycling and you'd never know it was a tag on a garment.

  8. Great use of the coat tag. Iv'e just rescued a tag from out of the bin where Hubby chucked it. Some dress tags can be very pretty. This one had embroidered lace attached to it. Iv'e got cupckaes with me to share out over by the swings. hugs Mrs A.

  10. Welcome to the playground. Fun place to be but be careful of those dreaded pogo sticks, you may end up in the duck pond. :) I'm a dyed in the wool recycler so I love that you've used this tag on your lovely card.

  12. Very clever to use something that would normally just be discarded, it's made a great snippet card. Welcome to the playground too, please bring your ponies along next time and we can all have rides!
